Here's a look at the official logo for Plan Check, that new Sawtelle restaurant and bar from real estate developer Terry Heller. So far the venue is on target to open mid-November and Heller just recently hired Ernesto Uchimura as consulting chef. Uchimura most recently served as corporate executive chef of Umami Burger and for Plan Check he will organize a menu inspired by American classics.
