Here's the monthly update for real estate activity in West Los Angeles. There are almost as many homes in escrow as there are on the market, which is terrific. It shows buyers believe now is a great time to be buying, with tax credits, low interest rates, and more affordable prices. Hopefully this trend will continue through spring and summer.
