Born in Northern California, Pete came to Los Angeles to attend UCLA and after graduation, never left! Before getting his real estate license, Pete worked in the music industry. He bought his first investment property at age 22 and has bought a dozen more since. He is a true believer in the wealth-building power of real estate and the long-term financial freedom it provides. When not working (rarely!), Pete enjoys writing music and taking quick getaways with his better half, Sarah.

Phone: 310-430-8417Send Maile a message.The name Maile (pronounced MY-Lee) is Hawaiian. Maile is a vine, indigenous to the Hawaiian Islands, often used in lei making. The Maile leaf lei is most commonly worn by bride and groom, as a sign of love and aloha in a traditional Hawaiian wedding. The sweetly scented leaves were also used as a peace offering between chiefs.
Maile started her real estate career in 2003 in Washington State. After moving to Los Angeles to be near family, Maile joined the Pete Castro Team in 2008. As a devoted (dedictated) Buyer’s Specialist, Maile is not sidetracked with the time-consuming intricacies of listings and can devote 100% of her time in the pursuit, and securing, of properties for her buyer clients. Maile’s specialty is educating her buyers in (all aspects and details of) the buying process, thus instilling confidence and security, making Maile’s clients lifelong savvy and knowledgeable real estate consumers. Maile takes pride negotiating contracts with skill and confidence and strives to make your real estate transaction smooth and stress-free. Together we will achieve your real estate goals.

Rim graduated from the University of Nantes, France, with degrees in linguistics, economics, and corporate law. After graduating, she traveled to Japan as an Ambassador to the Rotary Foundation in order to earn her Master’s degree in interpretation techniques. Rim now resides in Los Angeles to pursue her passions in Real Estate. She speaks four languages and is uniquely equipped to provide first class client care and ensure that your transaction – as well as our office - runs smoothly and stress-free.
